My favorite part... His eyes ^^ I love how the eyes came out 
First, I have to compliment your brother's design for this OC. It is unique and has individuality. I also love the name, Gunthry.
Now, the face. You have great reason to be proud of the eyes. This is only a sketch, but when you look at it, the eyes appear the be final draft form. The way you shaded and highlighted them is just very high quality for a sketch. However, I feel the adding more detail to the facial features would have really added to the picture. For example, I see that you added a bit of an arc to the nose by the left eye. This is great, but by adding a little more to the arc ON the nosemight help. You did add a little there, but some more would REALLY add. The last thing about the head and face is the chin looks a bit triangle-ish. I know this is just a sketch, but I can tell you went over the line several time this way. Adding a bit of a curve would help.
I really can't say much on the body; it looks great. But, I do have to mention that the right arm looks slightly seperated from the body. You defined the muscules and such good, so over the body is great.
I guess that is all I can say, but this is overall great. ^^
